How It Works

See how Flowtools helps you organise local records with tags and categories, then review them for personal analysis.

Flowtools follows a simple informational workflow: label local records, review them in a structured matrix, and use summaries for personal reference.

1. Start with the information you already keep

Bring together the notes, lists, or reference items you want to track. Flowtools is a layer for organisation and review — it does not invent financial balances or connect to payment systems.

2. Apply tags and categories

Give each record labels that match how you think about the information. Categories provide the broader shelves; tags add flexible cross-references across those shelves.

3. Build a readable matrix

As entries accumulate, the tagged set becomes easier to scan. You can move between a wide view of categories and a narrower view of tagged subsets without leaving the utility’s record-keeping focus.

4. Review and analyse

Use filters and summaries to understand what you have recorded. Analytical review in Flowtools means interpreting your own historical data for organisation — not receiving trading signals or investment guidance.

5. Maintain the archive over time

Update labels when your structure changes. Historical records remain available so you can see how information was categorised earlier and keep personal documentation coherent.

What you will not do in this flow

The Flowtools workflow does not include:

  • funding an account
  • connecting a cryptocurrency wallet
  • depositing or withdrawing funds
  • executing transactions
  • receiving financial or investment advice
